The D01 is configured for European road rules out of the box. Speed is limited to 25 km/h, with a front reflector-equipped headlight, front and rear turn signals, and a safety-locking fold mechanism. CE, EN 17128, EMC, and RoHS certification are complete, with documentation available on request.
The 52V 9.6Ah battery releases from the stem with one click. UN38.3 and MSDS files are in place, so the battery can be shipped separately under IATA/IMDG rules when needed. For your aftermarket, a battery swap is a counter-side replacement, not a return-to-factory repair.
Controller, handlebar, and rear wheel are all quick-release, and the dashboard swaps in about three seconds. Quick, low-labor repairs turn into a real margin lever for your service counter. This is an aftermarket selling point, not just an engineering note.
The front-drive 500W motor peaks at 1000W and climbs grades up to 25°. On 10-inch tubeless tires it carries up to 150 kg and delivers 35–45 km of range on a single charge.
The D01 runs an electronic brake plus a rear drum brake on a solid steel center axle. An IPX4 rating protects against splashing in normal road conditions.
The D01 operates fully through its LED dashboard, no app, no account, no activation. For your operation that means zero software maintenance, no user-account system, and nothing for a customer to set up. Battery safety is handled in hardware by the BMS, with six protections: short-circuit, over-current, dual over-charge, dual over-discharge, abnormal-temperature, and low-voltage sleep.
