Smiles Tech Industrial Limited is a professional manufacturer and exporter of electric scooters and smart electric mobility products, serving importers, distributors and OEM brands worldwide.
Founded in 2006, Smiles pairs smart design with reasonable prices and reliable supply for its B2B partners. Our design team brings together members from Germany, the US and China with years of international brand-design and manufacturing experience.
We focus on the details of every product, from techniques and materials to finish and quality control. Smiles scooters are exported to distributors in more than 30 countries. We have worked with big brands in different markets, like Walmart and Renault.
Our core strength is engineering, not just assembly. Smiles is led by a founder with 20 years in the industry, and we run an in-house R&D team of more than 20 engineers and designers, a large share of the whole company. Every model we sell is developed in-house: we do not build public-mold scooters and we do not copy other brands' designs. Design and engineering are our real competitive edge.
We run two assembly lines at roughly 1,000 to 1,500 units each, around 2,100 scooters per day, for an annual capacity of over 450,000 units. That headroom covers both our own models and OEM/ODM programs, so large or repeat orders can be scheduled without long queues.
Quality runs in three stages (incoming IQC, in-process IPQC, outgoing AQL) with aging and burn-in, and every unit is function-tested before packing. An ERP system with a parts-level MES makes each batch traceable from incoming materials through production, inspection and shipment.
