If you need an EU-compliant batch without the production wait, start with the D01, in stock and ready to ship. If you are building a branded or longer-range line, the X9 and X8 cover the premium and lightweight ends of the range. All three models, D01, X9 and X8, carry the same documentation set: CE, EN 17128, EMC, RoHS, UN 38.3 and MSDS. For a European import you receive the EU Declaration of Conformity, the EN 17128 test report from an accredited laboratory, the UN 38.3 battery report, the EMC report and the MSDS. Documents are issued against the production revision you order and are available on request before shipment.
The D01 ships from an in-stock batch held in our Shenzhen warehouse, so the unit is one 40ft HQ container of 620 units. The X9 and X8 are made to order with a flexible minimum of one 20GP container. Production lead time is quoted on request; the D01 ships immediately after T/T.
Yes on all three models. The D01 uses a removable 52V 9.6Ah pack, the X9 a removable 36V or 48V pack with 10.4 to 20.8Ah options, and the X8 a removable 36V 10Ah 40-cell pack. The D01 goes further: the battery, the rear wheel and the front motor each come off with a one-click quick release, so a service counter can swap the three most expensive parts without a teardown or a factory return.
For fleets that service in-house, the D01 is the one to look at, because its modular repair system turns the heavy jobs into counter swaps and cuts labour per repaired unit. For longer routes the X9 offers 45 to 100 km depending on battery configuration and a one-piece welded aluminium-magnesium frame with the battery enclosed in the chassis, which reduces wiring damage in fleet use.
The D01 and X8 are electronically limited to 25 km/h, which is the EU limit. The X9 runs 25 to 40 km/h by default and we configure it down to the EU 25 km/h limit on request before shipment.
Yes on the X9 and X8, where colour, branding and packaging can be specified. The in-stock D01 batch ships as-is; OEM applies to future D01 production orders. We are the factory, terms are FOB Shenzhen, and third-party pre-shipment inspection is accepted.
