This page explains what personal data Smiles Tech Industrial Limited (“Smilescooter”, “we”) collects on smilescooter.com and how it is used. We are an electric scooter manufacturer based in Shenzhen, China, and this website is aimed at business buyers (importers, distributors and OEM brands).
When you submit an enquiry or quote form, we receive the details you enter: typically your name, company, country, email address, quantity of interest and your message. We use this information only to answer your enquiry and to follow up on a potential business relationship. We do not sell it or share it with third parties for advertising.
If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we process the contact details and message content you send us for the same purpose.
Form submissions are delivered to us through Formspree, a form-processing service. Formspree stores the submission so it can be forwarded to our sales inbox. Formspree’s own privacy policy is available at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, country, referring source). Where a cookie banner is shown, analytics scripts and cookies load only after you accept; if you decline, no analytics cookies are set. We also keep basic server-side visit statistics that are not used to build individual profiles. You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings.
Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, and then deleted or anonymised. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Because we are located in China and use service providers outside the EU/EEA (for example Formspree and Google), your data will be transferred outside your country. We only use it for the purposes described above.
